- Old, permanent or stubborn stains cannot be guaranteed for complete removal.
- Inaccessible areas are excluded from the scope.
- Heavy furniture and fixtures are not moved unless separately agreed.
- Customer provides an adequate water supply during the service.
- Customer provides electricity supply for the team's equipment.
- Customer arranges a suitable ladder / step ladder where required.
- Customer should provide access to the service area.
- Cash, jewellery and fragile valuables should be kept secured before the service starts.
- Additional work outside the listed scope may be chargeable.
- Payment is due as per the agreed booking terms.
